Worse place ever, I recommended my mom to come here for an oil change, she is older lady she said everyone was extremely rude to her. She waited it out got her oil done, and said that her car doesn't seem right. I checked her car and lord and behold her oil was blacker than black! I shopped around to see who can do her oil and found American tire lube automotive they were about a half a min away so I called them spoke to Rachel, and they were able to give me a discount because I have already paid for an oil change that seemed like it never happened. When Harry did the oil change he showed me the sludge that was left in my mothers car. I gave him my contact information and told him he will now be handling my mothers car. TAKE YOUR CAR AT AMERICAN TIRE AUTOMOTIVE, don't waist your time here.

Emmanuel, I am so sorry your mother had such a poor experience in our store and apologize. What you describe in your review is not the type of business I operate. I would appreciate a bit more information so that I can review exactly what happened with our staff. Went in for a oil change and was presented with a bill for over $800 because of a stripped oil pan plug. This place tries to get you for every penny you have. Not the first time l have had this kind of experience with them. But it will be the last.

Edwin, this is the first time we have you as a customer at our location in regards to services. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience at our location. Once a stripped or damaged plug is removed, it cannot go back in, therefore needing a replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Michael assisted me at the service desk when I came to pick my car up. I waited for about 3 minutes while he was on the phone. He put his finger up as an indicator that "he'll be w/me" (AFTER About 3 minutes). He mentioned he was talking to his manager, once he placed him on hold. His greeting was a COLD, "WHAT'S UP"? I wasn't sure if he thought I was his HOMIE. I told him I was here to pick up my car. He recalled speaking to me on the phone. He told me the amount & I paid $1320 CASH. He gave me paperwork & said, "Have a good day". He QUICKLY GOT BACK ON THE PHONE..Didn't say THANK YOU....Didn't ask if I had any questions...Didn't give feedback on warranty, etc. I support 2 other Goodyear shops. The Rep THANKS ME, provides feedback & does not send me on my way without asking if I have questions. I WANTED to ask about two other services that I was told were needed. My thought is that your boss (who was waiting "on hold") would be fine with you adequately addressing the customer rather than QUICKLY dismissing the customer to finish talking to him. Disappointed that I was brushed off. Please work on better customer service, particularly after one has just paid $1,320 CASH. Thank you!
