I recently brought my 2008 Ford Taurus into this shop and although they took a little longer to work on it than I had hoped - ultimately I feel like they were very fair and honest with me. I’ve had shady experiences with many other shops but I think these guys do work hard and try hard to do things right.

We were referred to this shop by another trusted mechanic for a specialty job. We have been so pleased with the service here that we've had both of our cars here more than our pocketbooks would prefer, including having them rebuild our transmission. Ugh! Another issue that they worked on for our other car identified the CV joint as the issue. Since replacing the CV joint didn't address the complaint (turned out to be strut) they didn't charge me for the CV joint. I thought that was honorable. (The CV joint did need to be replaced, but wasn't causing the noise that I was concerned about.) Based on our several interactions, I highly recommend Neighborhood Tire Pros for your car care needs. Now please ask the CARma gods to lay off us and keep me out of potholes (hence the strut issue). 😜

They replaced my tire on Christmas Eve that had got a nail in it. They honored their road hazard warranty and cost of tire was covered.

Michael was very courteous & knowledgeable. He made sure everything was taken Care of quickly & accurately. I would recommend them.
