Memorial Drive
Being new to this area, I had no idea where to get my vehicle serviced. I scheduled an appointment with this shop to get my wheels balanced. But they did not tighten my driver side rear tire. At all. I drove maybe 5 miles on it, I called them and told them there was a new noise and vibration, and it was horrible and different than before. It definitely wasn't there before I took my vehicle in. They were very dismissive and told me I had to bring my vehicle in a week from that day. I did a quick inspection at work, but I was inspecting under the car, not the wheel. Good thing I knew better, and I could tell something was very wrong. I did another inspection that night when I got home from work. After after another five miles on the highway, the wheel was so close to flying off that one of the lugs was gone, and three more were two rotations from falling off. We are very lucky that didn't happen, especially while driving on i-85. The next day, I called, and they sent technicians to tighten the wheel and inspect for damage. Be weary of this shop, and make sure you do an inspection of the work that they do. While I had this experience, they were very friendly and very quick. But I wouldn't trust them with actual automotive work.
