Everything from service to mechanics is professional. Had a check engine light on my Kia and they fixed the problem as soon as the parts arrived. They have good communication with the customer. Corey at the front desk and Andre the mechanic helped me out and they were great.

Personnel were very polite and helpful. They made sure my car was safer by installing 4 new tires, which I needed but was unaware of. Their service was excellent and performed in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about how thankful I was for their taking care of my car needs in such a professional manner.

Fast service, in and out for an oil change.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE TO GET YOU TO DO BUSINESS AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CAR THEY LIE AND TRY TO MAKE YOU SPEND MORE HORRIBLE SERVICE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! THEY ALDO DID NOTHING TO MY CAR BUT CHARGED MY 34.95 FOR A ALIGNMENT CHECK BUT IF THATS THE CASE THE ALIGNMENT CHECK IS FREE.

I had a tire replaced. They had it done pretty quickly. But they dropped the ball on simple things. They didn’t inflate the new tire to the correct pressure, as soon as I got in the car my tire sensor was going off. I went to fill the tire with air and my tire is missing the air cap. My rim is extremely dirty and full of grease. They left the dirty paper seat covers in the driver seat. Friendly service but they left me with a half finished job.

I took my dodge Journey in this shop 6 times to get the same problem fixed, (because I have a warranty on the parts) and yet the problem is still there. My truck is still leaking antifreeze. After each time I take it there, they say the problem is fixed…but it’s not. They keep having the same mechanic to fix my truck after I politely asked them to not put him on my car. I spent a lot of money on parts, labor, and wasted time on them just to fiddle around and not do what they were suppose to do. I refuse to take my truck back to this shop just so I can waste more time, money, and missing work just for them to screw up again…So now I have to take my car to the dealership, spend hundreds of more dollars for them to fix what Goodyear was suppose to fix. And I spent $28 on windshield wipers on November 1st, just for the driver side one to fall off as I’m driving in rain heading to Ohio on November 21st. Smh Never going to this shop again. Picture was taken this morning(November 29th) Customer service was cool, I just got ripped off. EDIT on 12-13-23: I never received a call from y’all about rectifying the issue. Not one call, voicemail, etc. I know this because I pulled up my call history and phone bill. So, for y’all to respond with that false statement tells me all I need to know about this shop. A bunch of liars. Thanks but no thanks.
