I've been going to them for years, initially for the convenient location and Goodyear affiliation but stayed for their straight-forward professionalism, familiar faces (Hi Cindy!), and never ever talking down to me.

Fit me in to replace my tire that had a nail in it. We’re finished when they said they would be.

Another horrible experience here today. I was totally misled to believe my defective TPMS was covered by my tire warranty. The TPMS dash light has been on for 14 months now. The problem started immediately upon purchasing the tire in March 2022. They re-calibrated it several times, but never mentioned replacing it, until now, 14 months later, when I brought the car in for air in that tire. They "played" with the TMPS once again and got the dashboard light to go out and said, "If it goes on again, we will replace the TMPS." Once again, no mention of the cost to me or that it was not covered by the tire warranty. No written estimate. Nothing at all. They intentionally mislead you by not disclosing information. So, I had a rude surprise today when I picked up the car and they said "$130." This company has a recurring issue with communication and/or intentionally doesn't tell customers what they need to know to make decisions. Had I known this totally useless and unimportant repair was going to cost me $130, I would NOT have done it. Heck, I've been driving around for 14 months with a faulty TMPS, and it's really not worth fixing. I can easily eyeball my tires and add air as needed. This isn't the first time they've failed to disclose material information that would impact my decision on whether to buy products/services from them.

DJ, we are sorry about this situation. Our operations manager is reaching out to you to provide some solutions tomorrow. Thank you for your feedback.

They laid to my face and tried to get me to pay over $700 for a unneeded fix. I visited them two weeks ago for an oil change and they said that I needed to completely change the whole brake system including the rotors and that the break pads had only 3 mm left. But when I had I friend check the break pads and the whole unit, he showed my the breaks were almost new and that they were only trying to get my money. Now, I'm concerned that they might have not even done another fix that I had already paid (I paid for new axles over $800). Do not trust them, if you know of someone else go to them. You can see in the photos that the brake pads as good as new and we test drive the car in high and low speeds, short and long distances and the car break straight with no vibration and no drift. Also the front wheels give signs that the axles were not changed, as seen in the video the wheel rotates when lifted. The mechanic said that with new axles the rotation should be minimal. I'm disappointed with the lack of honesty and think they might have taken over $900 without actually replacing the axles. DO NOT COME HERE

I feel they either lied to me or were negligent, either way, my time was wasted. I had them install some tires I bought online. I experienced some vibration and had a few follow-up appointments to try and resolve the issue. The invoice for one of the follow-up appointments states: "TECHNICAN BELIEVES THERE COULD BE A POSSIBLE INTERNAL ISSUE WITH THE TIRE...WHEELS WERE BLANCED AND HAD TO HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT ADDED..." So, I opened a warranty case with the manufacturer and scheduled a tire inspection, that I was told would take an hour. I waited at the shop for 5 hours. The shop told the manufacturer that the tires were fine and did not share the information about the extra weight or the suspected internal problem. I feel they just didn't want to deal with the warranty but were unwilling to make that clear. They shop is probably fine for some things; but have your tire work done somewhere else.

Erik, there was no physical evidence that we could show to the manufacturer. If you are still feeling vibrations, you need to contact the main manufacturer or the company you purchased your tires from to see if they can help you further. If you wanted to discuss this with me in more detail you could call me at (404) 809-3975.

The manufacturer provided new tires. The vibration is gone.
