Great service and got me back on the road as promised within 24 hours. I had to get a tire on a rim because I hit a pothole just a few days before I went out of town. However being so close to the location and even more so than being efficient really helped me out… Keep up the good work!

My car was checked for brake services one late afternoon, diagnosed, parts ordered and job was promised to be ready early the following morning after delivery of parts. Everything went as promised by mechanic and his work was very timely and efficient! All I can is amen and thank you so very much for job well done!

Service and work performed was excellent and very quick

I came to these people in April 2022 for new tires, I got a warranty and everything. Because I have a disability I don't drive as much as I used to, but I drove my car on 285 yesterday 10/10/20222 and I started experiencing frontend vibration, these people didn't balance my new tires correctly and when I took my vehicle to the them the manager refused to prioritize my vehicle despite my calling the day before to alert them of the problem and having a warranty. He started claiming they where too busy and I'd have to leave my car with them, and the manager couldn't give me a day this week that would be best for them to correct their mistake. It's far too many tire shops in Decatur to be stressed out by a cornball company with fake warranties like this and because I have to take my vehicle to a more competent company to have the problem corrected I will NEVER do business with Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service again EVER!

Had a blowout while traveling through Decatur, GA. Getting a tow from AAA (my car doesn’t have spare) was a nightmare, but once the car was dropped off at Neighborhood, they worked had and fast with a turnaround of less than a half day. Super nice people. Highly recommend
