If I was to rate only my experience today, it would have been 1 Star. The extra two stars are for good service I have received at this Neighborhood Tire Pros location before. I made an appointment for my 2017 Honda Civic for 1:00 p.m. and arrived a few minutes before my appointment was set to begin. Additionally, someone called to confirm my appointment earlier in the morning. Upon arrival, I was told there were lots of cars ahead of me and it could be up to 2 hours before I was done. A little annoying since I did make an appointment, but no problem. I brought my laptop and planned to work from there. 2.5 hours go by without an update, so I checked in after seeing my car still parked in the parking lot. Two men behind the counter scrambled looking at every piece of paper, folder, checked their board, etc and I could tell that somehow I’d gotten missed. They assured me I was going to be up next. Finally, 3.5 hours after my appointment began, they call me up to the counter and proceed to inform me that “the problem was a Ford Fusion was on your account and we couldn’t find any Ford Fusion in the lot”. I was truly keeping my cool until that last bit, but it is beyond unacceptable to me that I was kept waiting for presumably an extra 2.5 hours because they couldn’t find my car. First, I was sitting 20 feet from the counter, and they knew I was there, so if they needed clarification, they could easily have asked. Secondly, I both made the appointment for and checked in with my Honda Civic. Lastly, they had my Honda key. Tire seems fine, so the actual mechanical service is not what I’m complaining about. However, I’m quite bothered by the complete lack of customer service I experienced during my visit today, and I will seriously consider returning to this Neighborhood Tire Pros location. Mitch is their saving grace- he has always treated me kindly and was the only reason I got even a shred of service today. While Mitch was on the phone with another customer and I was waiting to check on my car, several service techs walked up into the office and didn’t even glance my way until I’d been standing there for several minutes. Mitch finally stopped one of them and asked them to please take care of me. Thank you, Mitch :)
