Called and made an appointment, spoke with Danny who was very helpful and explained everything that would be done, so far I'm happy with the work that was done , I will use this shop again, this was from my 1st visit this time on my second visit was a unbelievable experience!!! I was lost for words, 1st my car wasn't fixed like they said it was, I had to take it back to them six different times to get it fixed right, what they said it was it wasn't, I was having the same problem with my car when I picked it up as I did when I dropped it off, the mechanic damaged my car twice out of two of the six visits, He didn't tell me or management about the damage so they say, and I just happened to be checking my car out and discovered it myself!! Why would they mechanic do that and what does that say for the shop as a place of business, final got all of my problems worked out, So thumbs down to the mechanic who worked on my car!!!

Kept my car for overnight, told me I had no issues with my starter when I asked for them to look at it now my car won’t start. They all seems genuinely miserable. Terrible service won’t be back.

Update as if 3/15/21: Each time I have been to this shop, I have received excellent customer service and they recently sent me a gift card/coupon towards any service which I used for my recent services! ***** This is my 2nd time visiting this establishment and utilizing their services. Both times I have been completely satisfied with my experiences. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Nor only do they educate you on your vehicle and the services they provide, they have signs everywhere explaining things as well. This is a very clean establishment and I came here due to being a DWOC customer and they were one of the many establishments listed under my coverage. I initially was going to go to the Hayes dealership I have gone to for years which is located just as close as this dealership, but at the time I needed some very expensive services done (at the time I didn't know what was wrong with my car, but it was overheating and it turned out there were some serious underlying issues and I had just gotten my new vehicle just a few months ago from US Auto Sales and was stressed and disappointed that i was having issues so soon). Hayes maintenance informed me it wasn't safe to drive until I got whatever issue it was fixed, but they weren't able to service my car until a week out, but in order to book an appointment I would have needed to leave my vehicle there. That was not an option because DWOC was only going to cover a rental for 5 days and depending on the issue, it could have been there longer than that because they were a week out and there was no telling how long they were going to keep the car once they started servicing it. I needed transportation for my children and I. So based on Neighborhood Tire Pros reviews I was confident to have them work on my van. They were very friendly and informative when speaking to them over the phone, when I was checking on their availability. I was able to drop my van off the same day and although I was skeptical about using the key drop box and leaving my van unattended overnight until they open the next day, I went for it. I would definetly do that again if I ever had to. They began working on my vehicle the next day and contacted me every step of the way to keep me up to date about what was going on with my van. I was devastated when they informed me what the issues were considering I just got the car, but they reassured me they had knowledge of the dealership I got my vehicle from as far as customer experience and experience with DWOC customers that this could have happened at anytime and that the dealership more than likely didn't intentionally sell me the vehicle with known issues. I was concerned about the cost and found out that my warranty didn't cover those particular issues and I was concerned. DWOC wasn't working with me at first about trying to help cover the entire the costs of repairs or at least a great portion of it, but they suggested I keep trying to talk to them to see if they may help. They saved me big time! I eventually was able to contact someone at DWOC that offered to pay over half of the repair costs! I thank God for Neighborhood Tire Pros and the person that helped me at DWOC. My overall experience has been more than amazing and they have now gained a new permanent customer! I never knew about this place before and if it wasn't for them being listed as a DWOC provider and their excellent and very accurate reviews, I would have missed out. By the way, they are Repair pal certified and not only do they have the stickers on their facility, but prior to knowing that I saw them listed on USAA website, whom I am a customer with and absolutely love! Danny has helped me both of my visits along with the help of the rest of the maintenance team that I came encounter with. Overall, Danny is super helpful and just all around amazing! FYI, they offer military discount for service members and veterans. Today, they plugged my tire because I had a nail it. Fast and friendly service. If you choose Neighborhood Tire Pros for your service needs you won't regret it!
