I love this place. They are nice and no hassle. Price are what you have been told. They show what need to be done before they do the jobs. And there is 30 days warranty of the services. I got alignment service and it is exallent. After the service, Kile explained everything and give me life time warranty for alignment and life time tire rotating. I would definitely go back there.

My Car was taken care of speedily and the price was best I have seen in a long time in respect to my car. The service is good and people very cordial and friendly. I will keep doing business with Tire pros.

Poor Service!! I walked in to this place and experienced the worst customer service ever! A guy with the name tag 'Keith' was head down churning out text messages... Carelessly, he did not even looked up to acknowledge my presence. This was my first time here. So after 5 minutes in the lobby and waiting to see what he was going to do after he ignored me, I walked out. Just out of curiosity, a white guy walked in and I wanted to see what would be the difference. I entered back the shop. Here's Keith all engaged with the Caucasian customer. Really!!! Anyway, it was 5pm and I asked him how long it would take to change oil. With an absolute attitude, he told me that he would not be able to get to it until the next day. It literally sounded like 'GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE!!

Been using them for awhile now to service a couple vehicles. Always top notch customer service and fast, as could be expected of course.

I am always weary of new places to go for my car, but I was blown away at this place. I walked in hoping to get an oil change but they were very busy so I just scheduled one for the next day. The man who wrote down my appointment was super nice and even told me about a better special than the coupon I handed him saving me about $10! The next day everyone was equally as kind and got me out in about 20 minutes (with two kids this was wonderful + their kids corner!)!! My husband was equally impressed that my van wasn't leaking oil (we find this a normal occurrence at other companies). Keep up the good work! We will be back!
