They could use a class on customer service. If I wouldn't have had a time constraint, I would have walked out. As soon as I walked in, I felt an icy vibe, but witnessed them being welcoming to others. Hopefully, they'll improve going forward.

Emissions inspection. Was quick easy and kiosk at Kroger made it possible to get sticker same time.

Alignment not done correctly. Guessing that an adequate test drive was not done. I noticed within 2miles of leaving the shop.
