My SUV was leaking oil. I took it to this shop for them to diagnose and fix the issue for me. I sent my SUV to this shop 4 times for the same issue. The first time, I was invoiced $300~ and was told the has been resolved. But, it was not. The Red Check Oil light came on and the check engine light was back again on my dashboard. I took the SUV back all to be told that it will be $625 to fix the 4 Computer errors the engine is reading. The kept the SUV for 4 days and called me that it is done. I drove the SUV for 4 days and the lights were back again. I took it for the third time all to be told that it will cost about $2500 to fix the whole issue. My SUV has 294K on it and I was not willing to spend $2500 on my SUV. So I took the SUV home and then put Oil Sealer from a CarPart shop and all the lights were gone. I called the shop and told them about what I did and requested for some of the $625 to be refunded to me. But they declined my request. I took my SUV to the FireStone on Lawrenceville in Lilburn for tires. They mechanic figured out the problem of my oil leak. It was because Neighborhood Tires Mechanic put the wrong oil filter the first time I took it there for oil change. That is why the oil was leaking. FireStone replaced the filter with the Honda Approved Filter and my can is working as new. I gave this shop over 2 months to refund some of my money for an issue they created and they didn't. Please be careful when taking your vehicle to this shop.
