Was pleasantly surprised by the timeliness and professionalism of the shop. I always expect the worst these days and it’s nice for things to go the other way

My battery died in the evening, and I left my vehicle at Neighborhood Tire Pros around 9PM. By 7:45 AM the next day, my battery had already been replaced. Thanks to Henry and all the great folks at Neighborhood Tire Pros for continuing to take such good care of our family's vehicles.

Wasn’t very busy when I arrived. Was greeted promptly and only had to wait for one car to finish before getting the emission inspection done. Took maybe 30 min. Was very happy. Even went back in to ask about some after market part installation and they were very informative and gave me some ideas on who to contact.
