I was extremely disappointed about my experience with this business. After spending almost two thousand dollars here less than two months ago, they made me wait for four hours today only to tell me my tire was unrepairable. I could’ve found this out immediately at a service station, but instead I brought it here because I was told I had a warranty. I was also misled about the terms of what the warranty covered, or I wouldn’t have wasted my time. They didn’t even have a comparable tire in stock adding insult to injury. Instead, I’m driving my kids around with a donut on my car which feels unsafe and irresponsible. The customer service was not this bad the last time I was here.

I just took my tire that they said was unrepairable to a place on Memorial Drive that fixed it without a wait. They also looked at the price I was charged for parts and labor and said that they would have done it for half the price. I can't believe I let Neighborhood Tire Pros scam me like this. There are too many reliable businesses to come back here.

Very efficent and detailed customer service

Steering wheel hard to turn. Recommended flushing to rid debris etc. I felt price was high, being a senior, but was persuaded to have service done. Bad choice on my part. Little to no improvement. Being a long time customer I've always been pleased with BP. Not so much this time.

Friendly. Kept me updated. Didn't try to sell me anything else, just did the job! Coffee available, waiting room is ok, bathroom is ok.

Very professional location. Cory assisted me with a battery issue and he was thorough in accessing the problem. The business is clean and comfortable. This will be my go to if I need auto service.
