Huge thanks to Matt, Henry, and the entire team at Neighborhood Tire Pros! I called to schedule a brake job after the dealership quoted me a $2,000 repair—only to find out it wasn’t even needed. Their team did a thorough inspection, explained everything honestly, and made sure my car was truly ready to roll into the new year (pun intended 😄). If you're looking for good customer service, you will not finf it here. I dropped my car off in the morning to have a tire plugged. 6 hours later, right before closing, they had done nothing because they couldn't find the tire lock. Said 'they tried to call'. I did have one missed call, but they didn't bother to leave a message, or call back, or ask Google where the tire lock is in that car (that's how I found it). So I'm out $30 for 2 uber trips and still have a nail in my tire.
