They put a new Right axle in my Forester. Something went wrong so they repeated it a 2nd time with a different part. A few months later this same axle snapped and I was extremely lucky to be able to coast out of traffic. I had it towed to a Subaru mechanic and he replaced the axle. When I returned to Tire Pro, the manager was very oppositional. She was not in any way being accountable for the work or the part. I brought the snapped axle to her and still she was not accountable. She gave me a very small token refund but was not at all agreeable. I would highly recommend you not use the service at GoodYear Tire Pro Decatur.

Even so, we issued a partial refund for the part as a courtesy, though we were unable to refund labor. Very quick diagnosis & repair. Arrived at 9:30.am on Saturday morning. Alternator replaced and car ready at 12:30. Great customer service.

My previous oil change was at another shop, who said my next service should be after 3000 miles. The BP technician informed me that based on the oil at the prior change, it was good for 6000 miles instead, so no need to waste my money. They nevertheless inspected my fluid levels for no charge. Based on this honesty and courtesy, I’m a customer for life.

I arrived for my emissions test to discover there was no attendant. I waited more than 10 minutes before I was waived in. No apology for keeping me waiting. Then the manager said he needed to find his technician. Another wait time. He returned with no technician but then he had to find his glasses. Poor management; poor service!
