I went in to get my emissions control done. It was friendly and most importantly fast !

We have been here with our two cars a few times. The first time we ever went we took our car to another mechanic before we had work done to get a second quote and Tire Pros was significantly better. The staff is helpful and honest. When we were unsure what work we wanted to put into an old car they were kind, and helped create a plan of what made sense that we could afford. They also do a good job of being done with the car in the time estimate they say, which is helpful for planning when you have a family and being without a car is hard. We will continue to use this mechanic for our car needs and recommend it to others. I know one of our neighbors also only comes here for their car needs, as they recommended them to us.

I always get my cars service with good year and I'm glad they are part of AAA cause I have that too

My appointment was handled in a timely, professional manner and I was pleased with information and service zi received.

I got something in my tire the night before and it caused my tire to go flat. Got the spare tire on and took the flat tire to them early the next morning and left my car with them. They checked my flat to see if it could be plugged or if I would need a new tire. I kinda knew I would need a new one as I could see that there was a big utility blade in my tire but I appreciate that they looked. They let me know I needed a new tire and the cost. I told them to please go ahead and they called me shortly to let me know my car was ready. I really appreciate that they cared about me and my predicament and got me on my way in a very timely manner and at a fair price. Thanks!

I have brought my car here for oil changes a couple of times due to it being walking distance from my workplace. I had my oil changed earlier in the year and they said I needed a new radiator. I took my car to my trusted mechanic who not only disagreed with the radiator diagnosis, but noted that they overfilled my oil. A friend reported the same thing happening with his car as well. Fast forward to my most recent oil change, I mentioned that they overfilled my oil and I asked them to be cognizant of that. This time they comically underfilled it, to the point where I am having to get another oil fill 3 weeks later. I won't be returning, just want other folks to know not to trust this location!
