I went in to the Goodyear Tire Shop to have my tire pressure and air checked. They identified that my driver side tire was very bald. I drive a long way to work and I appreciated the information. They were able to put a new tire on even though I got there late on Saturday. Thank you , Elizabeth W.

This business is professional and does an outstanding job.

While the management was fine and treated me nicely, the actual service was terrible. I took my car in for new front tires and an alignment and got it done but the tech who worked on my car did a terrible job in caring for my car. After the job was done, I checked my wheels and he forgot to put the valve stem caps back on and could’ve led to a bigger problem had I not pointed it out and told him. In addition, the tech drove my car so hard that he dropped the mpg reader by a whole mile in like a 5 minute drive. I had only driven my car like a mile so the engine was still cold. Being a manual, he lifted my shift boot out of place and my clutch felt terrible after driving it. IN ADDITION, he touched so many things without gloves and got everything dirty. I will not be taking my car back here.
