I really appreciated Danny’s help, as I wasn’t sure my Rogue’s brake pads needed changing. They called at 10:30 to say they could have brakes fixed by 2pm- imagine my surprise when at 12:45 I was told the car was ready! It’s AWESOME to have a trustworthy neighborhood mechanic shop. They have given me free air in my tires for years, always with a kind word and a smile, so I was glad to pay that back- the whole crew are very professional and put you at ease.

The minute I walked in I was impressed. The place was clean and organized, coupled with an immediate response to my needs. It was so exciting to watch the associates working like bees, as they responded to every aspect thrown at them from answering the phones, helping those who walked in. Trust me, you do not see this type of service much anymore. My hats off to the people who work there.

Technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough and quick with any repairs they have done for us in past be it for personal or fleet vehicles. Wait time to get an appointment is short, diagnosis done usually same day or next; competitive pricing.

I drove over something in the road that total destroyed my transmission and engine. BP Tire Pros saved my vehicle, they were super patient with me and worked with my insurance to help get the situation fixed. They basically rebuilt my car and it honestly drives better than when I first got it! I want to give a special thank you to Justin who was so patient with me, answered all my questions every time I called and made this hard experience extremely easy. Thank you guys for the excellent work on my little Mazda. Highly recommended 10/10. Great work and Great customer service!!

This is my favorite place for oil changes. They are reliable and as fast as any quick-lube place. The fact that they also provide full mechanic and tire service may account for why they seem to have better professionalism and reliability some quick-lube specialty places I have been to in the past. My main mechanic is elsewhere, but they have done some mechanic work for me, and I had no complaints.

Service person did a thorough evaluation of my car to find other important concerns other than the ones I requested such as oil change, etc. He changed the air filer, worked on back brakes, rotated tires and did an alignment. I feel safer in my car and taking a road trip in early June. Glad I took my car in for the oil change and got all the other concerns taken care of.
