You have a thug on the counter (Corey) who told me to bring my car back to have the alignment corrected. I was first through the door and he was not there so the other counter person took control of my keys. After more than an hour and at least three other cars I saw on the alignment rack I asked for my keys and that's when he butted in with the clerk that messed up my car had the keys cause he had been paid to do the job and he seemed to be threatening. The guy who brought my keys said they could get me on the rack as soon as the tech finished the oil change he was doing. Now that was the last straw $152 waiting for $29 max.
We are saddened to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us, we tried making things right by offering to check everything out again for anything that was missed, but after that was not accepted the service was not charged.
