The information sheet provided by Clean Air Force says we are entitled to view the inspection report from a place where it can be viewed however no one mentioned that at the time I checked in the vehicle However The Car was back their for over one hour so without knowing to go through the back it's hard to to know how to keep my eye on the vehicle. Some shops do not give this option but they will take your vehicle back into a bay where you cannot see what they are doing. I've had a lot of experience with this at other shops.

I went there to do a oil change at 8:05 am. They told me to came back in 2 hours. I asked the person, that took the car to please have it ready in 2 hours, like he said, cuz I will be asking a friend to bring me back there on 2 hours then. It passed 4 hours and they never called me back to let me know anything about my car. I went back and asked if my car was ready, and they told me to came back in 2 hours. It was very disappointing, frustrating and unprofessional
