I went here for the first time last week. Oil change, tire rotate, align, balance. I called to make an appt ahead of time. Everyone was friendly and efficient. It took around 30 minutes. Would recommend and will go back

I can’t say enough about the quality of service. Everything from customer service to the technicians that worked on my car (1984 CJ7 Jeep)… in a word AMAZING! The work I needed on my Jeep was anything but straight forward. The team at BP Car Care were resourceful and relentless from diagnosis to delivery! I couldn’t be happier with the work they did, this classic has never run better. As a result, we now take all 4 of our family cars there for service.

The work was good and on time As for the Customer Service wasn’t so great and guy was drie every time I ask a question like I had to pull teeth when I ask him his opinion about what to do with which part can I get fix etc. I may not return
