My favorite mechanics ever! I’ve never felt that they were trying to upsell or overcharge me. Everyone is friendly and reliable, and work gets done quickly. We drive past several other oil change and repair places to get to them.

Just needed oil/filter and general inspection prior to upcoming road trip. Upon completion there was a notice that the brakes needed to be attended to in the near future. [Note: Another (competing provider) made a similar diagnosis 10,000 miles ago - but said it was URGENT! (I declined.) 5,000 miles ago, I went back to this same provider and they found no problem with the brakes! When I questioned their diagnosis', a spat ensued with he owner and I resolved to not return.] I feel that Tire Pros gave me an honest diagnosis and repair plan. I had the work completed at a cost 1/2 that of the previous quotation.
