They don't care about their customers. They let someone stii my car battery. After I left my car to get service. I spoke with the manager he didn't even act like he was concerned. So who ever sees this. Please 🙏 don't let them touch your car or fix it. It's at your own risk.
Elvis, we are deeply sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. After bringing your vehicle in and diagnosing a large number of issues we informed you the vehicle needed to go to the dealer and you let us know you woul dpick your vehicle up later that day. This did not happen. The vehicle was picked up the following day, and becasue of the back window being broken before bringing it to our shop anyone driving or walking by on the street could easily get in and steal the battery.
