Carlton, we are deeply sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. When you came into the shop with your vibrating issue requesting an alignment, we informed you this wouldn't fix this issue, we recommended diagnostics to really see what was goin on with the vehicle. After, we conclueded the vibration was coming from old tires and recommended you get new tires and you said you would get used tires. My car was thoroughly inspected, the work needed was quoted same day with pictures of the worn parts & everything explained to me in detail. The work was done when they estimated completion. We are pleased with the services provided and the quality of the work.
