My experience at Tires Pro was great. I woke up to a flat tire. From the time I walked in I was treated with respect and that I was as important as anyone else, which I haven't always found since my husband passed away and I have to take care of these things myself. It was a nail and I had to buy a new tire, but they provided pictures and walked me through pricing and everything. Definitely will be back.

I was on my way to see my mother who cannot be home by herself, and when I pulled out of my driveway I heard the sound no one likes to hear a low pressure ding on my dashboard, I got out and then I saw it… a huge nail in my tire. I refill my tire and I set out to this store and get there at 3:40 and Trina greeted us with the warmest smile. While I looked nothing near calm. Not only did she take care of us when I knew there was a slim chance I could get it fixed in a day but she got us in and out within the hour. I don’t have enough words to express how much she saved my day. Also a huge shout out to Adam the mechanic who patched up the tire. I truly am grateful for them and the services they rendered when they were at the end of their day.
