The staff was really nice and helped answers all the questions I had. I felt listened to while I was setting up my service and also when I arrived which is really valuable to me when I look for a company to trust with my car. Overall they are a very professional group of people - I will be recommending others to use their service in the future!

They were very helpful in diagnosing a steering column bushing that had deteriorated. They also gave me good information to have on hand when talking with the dealership as to whether or not it would be covered under warranty.

I was able to get an appointment for new tires in under 7 days. I received a written estimate prior to scheduling my appointment. The staff were friendly, courteous, gave explanation for need for new tires. All tire service completed in reasonable time frame. Waiting area and bathroom neat/clean.

They did everything in their power to help me, when I was having problems with my warranty company covering the replacement of my engine. Thankfully, they worked it out. Great experience!

I needed an oil change and called ahead to find out how busy they were. It was already 2 p.m., so of course I wasn't surprised when I was told that it would probably take 3 hours. I got my car over within 30 minutes of the phone call. After less than one hour, surprise, my car was ready! Nice!
