I called them on a Saturday morning before my daughter was set to drive over 300 miles back to college the next day, and they cheerfully told me to bring the car on in. They were able to diagnose the initial problem and repair it for me the same day, and they did an alignment that I called and asked them to do later in the day. All work was done well and with a smile. I would definitely come back to the shop again.
