The staff was very polite and fast . I waited for about 15 minutes for an standard oil change and I was all set ! I visited BP Auto Care again on April 8, 2023 for brake service and Justin was awesome. I even received a $25 discount. The service was fast and accurate.

Dropped off on a Friday afternoon, was contacted with price quote before the close of business, with detailed list of needed work, all of which was reasonable and normal for high mileage. Work was finished on time and a little UNDER the initial price quote. When reviewing detailed list of work done, Mitch spotted a doubled service charge and immediately corrected it, lowering price a little more. I've driven a week (~150 miles) and everything is exactly as it should be. Then, I got a follow up text to make sure everything was working out. Considering they are a full-spectrum service center, I will be using them for all my future service needs, and can recommend them without reservation.
