I've always used this location for my oil changes and the guys are very thorough. But, the price was kind of high for the cabin filter.

Excellent service. They know me by name whenever I walk in the door. I've been taking my vehicles to service shops for over 30 years and these guys are the best.

My visit for an emissions inspection was a delight. The technician was very efficient, outgoing, and all went smoothly!

The Clairemont Ave. location is just down the street from my apartment, so I decided to make an appointment there for an oil change. I went online and received an email that I believed to be confirmation for the date & time I requested; however, when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment. Apparently it was not a “confirmation” email and despite being able to choose 2:00PM for that location on the website, I was told they do not take appointments after 12:00PM. The rep was rude about it but I decided to make an appointment while I was there for the following week. The second time I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment again (I guess she forgot to put it in the system). They still serviced my car but it was very annoying and for the amount of money I spent I can get better (and friendlier) customer service elsewhere. I will likely not be returning.

Always so efficient and pleasant, and can count on fair prices. Love them!
