The last interaction with this company was horrible. They didn’t have my tire that I brought from them. so instead of accommodating me with a discount on a new tire, they told me I had to pay full price. They did a oil change that supposed to come with inspection of the car, they did not do it. I will not spend another dime at this place. They don’t value you as a customer.

Ordered tires online to be installed on a scheduled date. On the day of, I didn't receive a call confirming the appointment, and had to call myself. They said there weren't actually doing scheduled appointments and I just had to come in first come first serve. The estimated time was 2-3 hours but it ended up being over a 4 hour wait, and they seemed to not have the right tools on hand to reinstall certain bolts. Disappointed with the poor coordination between their online and physical storefronts.

They have been taking care of my personal vehicles for the last 7 years. Having them check in from time to time via text to help me remember to schedule my normal car maintenance is amazing. They are easy and friendly to deal with. I moved a little further away a couple years ago, but I still prefer to make trips back to the old neighborhood to make sure my car is taken well care of.

We were in town visiting my dad for Thanksgiving when we discovered our van leaking oil. Turns out we had a cracked oil filter housing. I took it into BP Car Care Center early on Saturday. Tim (I think), assisted me. I explained that the problem was covered by our warranty and that we needed to either get the car repaired by the end of the day (we had to leave the next day) or know with enough time to take it somewhere else. They worked fast and kept in contact with us so that we had our van back by 2 that afternoon. During the entire process, everyone I talked to was professional and courteous. Highly recommend for your car maintenance needs!
