They did the work they were supposed to but we're supposed to call when the job was finished. I dropped the car off for an oil change and tire rotation around 10am. I got a call at 5:02pm and all the guy said was your car is ready. I drove straight there and they were closed. Why did it take so long for the simple service and why did they call 2 minutes after they closed without saying anything about closing. This was on a Saturday so I didn't get the car back until Monday. It out a strain on the rest of the weekend including Monday when we had to pick the car up to get to work. When I asked the guy about it at the counter he just blew it off. Been going there for years. If this happens again they will loose my business.
