Employee kept me informed of the progress and was extremely polite. I very much appreciated that they cleaned and vacuumed the interior of my car

Calling them is difficult as the person who knows about your car is seemingly never available. They charged twice for labor when they said clearly they wouldn’t add labor a second time over the phone. When I called to discuss this (because my tech was conveniently not there when I picked my car up) I could overhear her in the background saying I don’t want to talk to him so the lady then said she wasn’t available. A few days later and still no call back. Avoid at all costs! Overcharge and non-responsive.
