Ran over an object that lodged in my tire. Since my tires were purchase at Neighborhood Tire took my car there. The repair was performed and during that repair it was discovered that my brake pads were thin. Scheduled to have problem corrected. Found brakes needed to be replaced. I was kept informed as the process developed and was pleased that this was proactive. I appreciated the professionalism.

Good service! My vehicle drove better than it has in a while since my alignment and the purchase of new tires. The reason for docking 1 star was that the customer service agent had a real attitude with me when I first arrived. He did respond a little more friendly and receptive upon my exit.
