Went in to inquire about a transmission check and diagnose an issue and one of the guys in the front who happened to be Caucasian was completely non helpful and pretty much referenced me to check the dipstick. I have checked on services a few times at this location and it always seems to be a bare minimum of service attitude at this location! I most likely won't be returning

Had to jump start my car, then drove to a nearby auto parts store. They ran diagnostic test and said that my battery was ok but the charging system failed, which they said meant a faulty alternator. For second opinion I drove to Tire Pros on Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. Mentioned what I was told, and Henry and another man checked the battery and it was indeed bad. Had new battery installed and was out the door within 30 minutes. Have visited this Tire Pros store many times over the years and always get great service in a timely manner!
