I came in for an alignment and after three failed attempts my car was far worse than before. Couple that with sloppy and lazy service I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

When it became clear that there was an internal problem preventing us from completing the alignment properly, we refunded you for the alignment. I contacted Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service the night before I came to them to replace my two front tires. They were very professional on the phone and when I arrived there the next morning. They completed the replacement in the time that they estimated and were very helpful.

I started using BP for Toyota sequoia about six months ago. Since then I’ve had them do several things from minor maintenance to finding and repairing an oil leak. So far so good. I plan on continuing to use them for future repairs and maintenance.

On a Saturday afternoon, I was told at a stop light that my left brake light was out. I was going out of town 2 days later! I stopped by Tire Pros and they replaced my light within 20 minutes! Fabulous service and so very accommodating! Thank you!
