I've used BP Lube/Tire Pros for several years and even referred others to this shop in the beginning. I feel terrible for bringing others to them, and hope to do anything I can to remedy that. On several occasions, they neglected the most basic of care in my car. They removed and forgot to reinstall my radiator shroud, then forgot to tighten the oil plug resulting in a leak that took two visits to remedy (while being told by the manager I would need an expensive repair that wasn't actually needed) and finally leaving my oil cap off, which left the engine open for several hundred miles until I caught their mistake. There is no telling how much damage their lack of training and oversight has cost me so far. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.
