Memorial Drive

Never going back here ever again after being yelled at by a technician for parking my car in a weird spot. I was just walking inside to ask them if they could fit me in today and where I should park. Tried explaining that to the tech but he interrupted me and kept being rude so that was that for me. Pure in downtown Decatur took great care of me and they were cheaper too. Found my new shop.

Melissa, we sincerely apologize for your experience at our shop. However, we want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to discuss it with you.
