I went to this place for over ten years. They were seemingly nice and professional. It SEEMED they only did the jobs that were "absolutely necessary." One year I was going through a lot of financial issues. They told me my struts and balances were about to go out within a 6 month period of time, "you'll have more problems on your hand once its out." I was in tears, the cost was going to be over a grand. Luckily, my brother came from out of town and decided to get a different opinion from another place. I don't know if it would have made a difference if I went (vs. my brother) BUT the guy told us that there was no way to tell when the struts and balances would go out AND that the only thing that would happen once they went out is my car would be bumpy, and I'd have time to bring it over once that happens. PLUS a $300 difference in price. The struts and balances lasted well over the time they told me, and never went out by the time I sold it. Additionally, they put my brakes on backwards that same year. Which could have caused numerous of scenarios. They fixed it under liability. Again, the only way I found out that they did that was by that same mechanic who told us different. To end, I feel this place is completely dishonest business and perhaps misogynistic. I stopped going for the last several years and go to Kim Black at Fairground Auto & Body Shop - Auto Repair Shop Marietta GA.
