Keep you informed on what’s wrong with your car. Make recommendations, but don’t try to upsell. They are honest. Prices are a bit higher than I would prefer, but I’m willing to pay for good work and honesty.

Initial visit was great. Purchased two tires and customer service is ok. I purchased the warranty. I got a nail in one of the tires bought it back they fixed it the next day the tire went flat. It will s no sense of urgency to make it right. Granted they are busy. Sitting here listening to the female employee making comments about the customers and correcting other employees is very unprofessional. She seems to have a strong personality but certain things should be done behind closed doors. I got here at 7:30 leaving at 10:11. No thank you for your patience, sorry for your wait, or anything. Not satisfied with their service and will not be returning.

We take all of our cars to BP and have for years. They are trustworthy, very thorough, quality work and competitive prices. I would highly recommend them, they are like your old school neighborhood car shop that can do pretty much everything! Customer service is great!
