I have always enjoyed the decent service at BP. What I don't like is the constant harrassment from the email programme.

Decent service, wait times seemed a little long. It wasn’t until after I paid and was handed my invoice that I noticed I was charged for a warranty. I’m traveling from out of state and the tire I replaced was a spare, I don’t need a warranty.

You do great work but I didn't expect to wait 1 1/2 hrs to get my oil changed as I was second in line when your doors opened.

My experience was a little challenge, but was worth it. Rep. Mitch handled my request from front to end. I needed a spare tire and rim and Mitch went above and beyond for me to get what I needed. He was very professional at all times and did great follow up and follow though. I will definitely be using Neighborhood Tire again and highly recommend them for all your car needs.
