I've been taking my cars to the Tire Pros on Memorial for years. They never try to get me to buy services that I don't need (like the dealers do). The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I believe in reviews - good and bad - so decided to try Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service after seeing all of their good reviews. (Another place had been personally recommended, but their reviews were awful!) I'm very glad to report these guys deserve every good mention! The last place I'd gone had "forgotten" to replace the cap on my oil pan - if I had not noticed the oil coming up over my hood a couple of months after the fact, I could have lost my engine. The technician replaced the oil, and Michael told me everything checked out (what a reassurance!) and suggested a couple of minor add-ons that I knew my car needed. Then the technician - I wish I could brag on him by name, too - showed me the clean engine and what to watch for after. They are a terrific team - definately worth trying out if you're not thrilled with the so-so service so many auto repair places offer.
