Had a great experience with Mike, the manager. I booked my appointment online and it was done in about 3 hours. He checked my wife's car and decided it needed tires and took her right then and finished it by night, including new brakes. She loves the way it handles now, it was way out of alignment. Kept us safe and sound and saved money over Costco. Great shop and people.

I have a car that uses nitrogen in the tires. I paid a one time fee of $25.00 for the service. It comes with them filling my tires when they are low. Every time I take my car I’m made to wait. When they thought I just needed air it could have been right away. Since it’s nitrogen I’ve been made to wait. I can understand why to a point. I’ve never been greeted when I’ve walk in or at the counter. I’ve ask about the wait twice told once I was next, then when they took another car I asked about my car and was told that was on the mechanical side. So now my wait has been an hour. I was just here last month due to the weather, since I was never told I had a leak. I’ve witness great customer service with other patrons but I’ve not be treated to such. Except once when I had a coughing attack I was told they had a water fountain for use. I did appreciate that. I just wanted to share my experiences this location is in my neighbor and I want to continue to support local business.
