Took my car for an alignment. After 3 hours it was done. Drove it off the lot and car is pulling severely to the right. Called back to facilitate a solution. Have to wait another 3 hours to get it fixed. Mitch is the associate that helped me. He has poor customer service skills.

Easy communication to call for drop-off availability vs. if appointment needed depending on service. From dropping off able to get Oil-change, Tire Rotation, Fuel-sys./Coolant change (based on mileage recommendation), and a broken window motor fixed all in 1 day. Always dependable service.
