This auto service shop partners with Goodyear and they are less than a mile from my home. I have gone to them for the past several years and each time I go back I ask myself, why? I can't complain about the actual work (oil changes), however the service and overall experience is at best mediocre. They take excessive time for the smallest of services; lose car parts and try to make you pay to replace them; and always, I mean always try to upset you on services you may or may not need. It's all widdled away at my trust. So now i'll trek past them on the 10-mile drive to my dealership for my maintenance services. At least I'll feel secure when I leave.
Hi, Nichole. We're sorry to hear you've been dissatisfied with our service during your recent visits to our shop. We always work to provide five-star service, and we appreciate your honest feedback as it allows us to better serve our customers in the future. At your most recent visit, we recommended additional maintenance items that we discovered during our inspection. We apologize if it felt pushy. We simply like to educate our customers about their vehicle's repair needs. In addition, when you arrived your oil cap was missing. We understand you believe we misplaced it, however we were able to review our security camera footage and confirmed that it was missing upon arrival. We'd be happy to show you this footage anytime. Just stop by the shop when you have some free time. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please call us at (678) 661-3244 and ask for David. Thank you!
