They will try to take advantage of you if you dont know cars. Tried to upsell me for $1000 of work I didnt need instead of the under $100 that would have corrected the issue. I brought my Honda for a wheel balance and rotate since my car was vibrating at high speeds. The technician stated 2 tires needed replacing and this was true. No issues here. Later the technician told me my struts needed to be replaced. I said that didnt make sense for the issues and asked if they checked the balance on the two tires that were not replaced. They told me it didnt need it. The vibration was still there, so went to another tire shop to get the other two wheels balanced and the high speed vibration issue was fixed for $65. A couple of months later I had the dealer look over my car and the struts were good and they did not recommend replacement. Basically they didnt fix the issue in hopes if would waste my money replacing parts that were still good. I think they left the tires unbalanced in hopes I would spent the $1000 to fix an issue that was clearly a tire needing balancing.
