Went to this BP location for the first time based off a friend's recommendation for an oil change on a Saturday morning. Expected to wait at least an hour (because it usually takes forever and it was Saturday) but was in and out in 20 minutes. There were many people in and out while I was there as well. The price was great for a european car compared to some other places I've been to. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Definitely will come back to this location.

Had an issue with my brakes, and received poor service from another car repair place. They took me that day, showed me the brake damage, made the repairs and got me on the road- quick polite and knowledgeable! Thank you guys for keeping me and my family safe!

As always BP Car Care took great care of us. They have been servicing our family's automobile for several years and continue to do a great job. About two weeks after writing this report I stopped by to have my brakes checked. The day before I stopped by my air conditioning stopped working. Upon inspection there were several other things that needed repair. Finally it appeared that I had some tire issues. They were able to get my car in the shop and get all the parts and thereafter completed all the repairs in one day to get me on my way. I would like to compliment Jeremiah Thompson who coordinated all of this work while keeping me informed about what was going on and where they were in the process. He is a real asset to this shop. I once again would highly recommend this shop for any automotive needs Bill Johnson

Took them two days to call me back about tire prices, so I went to discount tire way outta the way.

It was quick and easy. Very professional also.
