They were so nice. Our pickup truck broke down and we limped it into the service center late on a Sunday. I talked with them Monday afternoon when I gave them the key. They took care of everything and called when it was ready. They apprised my husband of the work to be done and cost before starting. Since we live within a mile it was great to have this service taken care of so close to home.

Staff was super warm and friendly, and the service provided was excellent. Will definitely be back!

The guys at this shop were very thorough and courteous. My vehicle was out of commission for a long period of time because of a unique part that was required, but I receive regular periodic updates on the status. The 90-day account was explained completely and I appreciated this staff.

The customer service was wonderful! They kept me informed about the services they were performing on my car. I love the inspection report that was sent to my phone during service, less paperwork to keep track of. They were knowledgeable and realistic about the services that needed to be performed. I will definitely be switching to BP Car Care Center for my car maintenance.

Took them two days to call me back about tire prices, so I went to discount tire way outta the way.
