I had my car towed here when I was having an overheating problem. They initially made me nervous because when I called to give them a notification my car was on the way without an appointment I was met with a we have to call you back, don't have time to talk about it right now. They did call me back and it all went well from there. They assessed my car the next day which was expected because they were busy and they informed me of that. They quickly diagnosed my car informed me what was going on and said they would be able to get the repairs done that day. The gentleman I was speaking with throughout the process was Mitch. Had good customer service and kept me informed. When I went to pick up the car he even remembered to utilize the AAA discount since that's who towed my car in. I've never used this shop before this instance but I would definitely be willing to give them a try for future services.
