Mitch was super easy to work with. I was in and out with a $19 emissions test in 20 min. Walked across the street to Wal-Mart to grab a few groceries and my car was ready when I returned!

I love the fact that you have a separate oil change area. It was very helpful seeing the picture of my battery that had some corrosion on it and needed to be cleaned then just being told. Usual mechanic (not BP) diagnosed steering rack as reason for leaking brake fluid - he wasn't equipped to do the job so I got some quotes from other places.. BP Tire Pro were in same price range as other shops but offered 2 year warranty rather than 1 so I brought to them. They gave me a date to bring it and when I arrived they had it on thre rack almost immediately. Later that day the manager called me and said it was the hydraulic high pressure line and not the rack, which wound up saving me several hundred dollars. They had steam cleaned the engine, which was a mess because of the leaking power steering fluid,. They were then able to trace the leak. Wasn't super cheap for the line replacement but they also did very reasonable price oil change and headlight and air filter replacement , plus didn't see a charge for the engine cleaniing. Very satisfied.
