These guys are amazing I had a tire blowout after 6:00 pm in the pouring rain and Kyle told me to come on in and get my tire fixed even tho it was after hours they took care of me in record time. I definitely would recommend Tire Pros they got a costumer for life

So we took our car in for service on Friday 12/8 before snow hit Atlanta. We were told it would be finished that afternoon. They found they needed a part and said they would have it done by late morning on Saturday. The snow impacted businesses on Saturday, including Tire Pros. I called and left a message and got a text back from Kyle apologizing for the inconvenience. He must have checked messages even though he wasn’t in the shop. I have never gotten a text from my mechanic before with an apology for something that was out of his control(weather). We really needed our car on Sunday. And I let him know how important it was. Kyle texted and said the earliest he could get a part was early afternoon on Sunday. And even though they were not open, he and Josh would come in and finish the job so we could get the car back. I told him I would bake him cookies if he made that happen. 😊 I got the car back Sunday afternoon. Thanks guys. You were super kind to make sure we got taken care of. I’m sure it’s not the “normal” thing to do, but you showed you cared.

I came in today to have a headlight bulb replaced on my car. I spoke to Matt who was super sensitive to the fact that I had my kids with me and needed to have the repair completed pretty quickly so we could get on with our day. He gave me a quote on having the bulb replaced including the labor and told me it'll be done in about 45 minutes. My kids and I walked over to Starbucks for a few minutes and before we were even able to finish our coffee, I got a call from him letting me know my car was done. We walked back over and I was prepared to pay him for the work which was about $80. He tells me that my headlight bulb was not out, but that something was loose causing the light to shut off. They tightened up whatever was loose and it was fixed. They could've easily told me they replaced the bulb and even held the car in the garage for a little longer to give the perception they were working on it to make quick buck. Instead they were honest about the repairs and I wasn't even charged for the work. Thanks so much! I'll definitely be going back!

Great service, great guys. Sitting here right now, at least if you have to sit and wait it's a clean and comfortable environment.

This place takes to long and will not serve everyone. Lived in this area for 16 years and only gotten service one time and took an extremely long time. I've attempted to go here at least 20 times. Today for just emissions test 2 hour wait. Visit at your own risk.

Came in for the best emissions price anywhere ($14), but was near closing time. Kyle gave me the standard “closing time, but we open at 7am tomorrow....”, but then got tired of my complaining of getting back, and took my car in anyway. Good service, and exceptional attitude towards customers! Will bring bag back vehicles for other work now.

Great service. Justin beat a very competitive quote from a local competitor. I went here because they treated my son very well two days earlier. NO charge flat repair, with no prior business with him. These guys have earned my company's business, 8 vehicles. Great job guys. Thanks for a great experience.

I'm always reluctant to take my car to a new shop as most usually try and get over on women, but these guys are great. Very nice, caring, and informative. They also do not charge you for things that other shops would easily use to rack up the bill. Will definitely be using them again when I'm on this side of town and need a repair.
