Went in a few times with great results. Then after getting a wheel replaced they forgot to inform me that I needed to have a realignment done. It caused me to eat through 2 brand new tires in less than a year resulting in over $300 of damage to replace. When I told the manager that I shouldn't have to buy new tires if they told me that the previous repairs were complete. He proceeded to say he didn't remember enough about the previous work and essentially tried to write it off on a rush job to benefit me when he should've finished the job correctly in the first place. He tried to satisfy me with $20 off the over $300 I now had to pay on new tires. I will not be going back because I can't trust their work or their ability to own their mistakes.

Kyle and his team did a fantastic job on our veheicles. Everything from brakes to fixing a flat tire. Kyle and his team will always look out for you and provide you the service you only need and not try to upsell you like a car dealership. Wonderful experience. Great service. Needed a new tire due to damage but also knew the other 3 tires needed replacing . They let me use one of their tires for 2 days until the 4 new ones shipped. This is also my go to place for oil changes, tire rotation, etc.

I was passing thru Lawrenceville to visit my 79 year old Mother.. Her Honda Accord had a burned out turn signal bulb which was hidden up under a fender well.. MARTIE came out and within 10 minutes we were back on the road!! Blinker working! Martie refused to charge us and I felt like I had met an Angel! I gave him a $20..00 tip and said.. eat a great lunch! I would HIGLY RECCOMMEND this Goodyear shop. They earned my and Mom's respect for professional, prompt and courteous service!! Thanks Martie!
