I have been getting my car serived here for over six years and have always received amazing service! Customer service is great- friendly and courteous, work around my schedule, and ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. The lobby/waiting area is clean and also very inviting and comfortable ( WiFi, tv, soda/water, coffee, and tons of windows!), it’s clear they take great pride in ensuring their customers have a great experience from the moment you walk through the door. And lastly, they have always done a very thorough and professional job in servicing my car and I have always been extremely satisfied! Shout out to Kyle, who has helped me with my car for as long as I can remember-sincerely appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and sincere interest in making sure I’m taken care of! It was a bit of a slow start. When I came in there was only one person working the front desk but at least two other workers waiting on work. The guy was on the phone with a client and had one guy in front of me ready to check out, me and then two more folks walked in after me. It was a little while before he was done on the phone to check out the gentleman on front of me. But once he got to me and saw what I needed things went pretty ok. It took them a second to get to my car but once they did I was out in pretty good time seeing as I only had to get a tire out on. But overall it was pretty good customer service.

Great service - fast inspection completed by a very considerate technician. Finished in 5 minutes!

We have been coming here for our tire and automotive needs for about 12 years. They are always courteous and professional. They're never pushy about additional services but if they do find something that they believe needs attention, they always call and clearly explain what the situation is and and then leave it up to us with absolutely no pressure. If we decline they simply make a note on our print out when we pick up our vehicle for future consideration. We definitely recommend them!
