Very expensive, dishonest and unreasonable.

I’ve been a customer of the BP Car Care for over 20 years. I’ve NEVER had a complaint and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I'm always reluctant to take my car to a new shop as most usually try and get over on women, but these guys are great. Very nice, caring, and informative. They also do not charge you for things that other shops would easily use to rack up the bill. Will definitely be using them again when I'm on this side of town and need a repair.

This car shop is very convenient to me cause it’s walking distance from my house just in case I need to leave my car.. besides getting the run around with my car part from the dealership, Goodyear did give me a discount and a free oil change since I had to wait a week for my car. If I didn’t have to wait a week, I would’ve given this review 5 stars. Thank you for fixing my car!

Prompt and courteous service on my tire problem. Will recommend Tire Pro's to any of my friends needing auto repair. Knowledgeable staff found problem fast.

Honest fast work, much cheaper than other places I’ve gone! Communication was great, too. Definitely coming back! An overnight Dropbox would be a neat addition, though ;)

Needed more than just an oil change (which are always fast and reasonable). Caught them at a time they weren’t so busy, got my car in right away, assessed and fixed the problem quickly at a competitive price. Boris and Justin both very helpful. I was in and out in 30 min, under $100 for a problem I was worried was much better worse. Car issues are never fun, but I know BP does what it can to minimize the pain.
