I have had amazing customer service from Neighborhood Tire Pro, way beyond what I would consider possible. Cindy goes above and beyond the call of duty every time! Everyone really takes care of you. They get back to you when they say they will. They contact my Carmax warranty service so I never have to. They have even taken my car to the BMW dealership if there was an issue they couldn't handle. I can not recommend them enough!!
