Came in for the best emissions price anywhere ($14), but was near closing time. Kyle gave me the standard “closing time, but we open at 7am tomorrow....”, but then got tired of my complaining of getting back, and took my car in anyway. Good service, and exceptional attitude towards customers! Will bring bag back vehicles for other work now.

Cindy is the best. The staff is great. This location has the best service. They work quickly and are very knowledgeable about what is going on with your car. I’ve wasted money in plenty places. None compare to here.

I've been going to Neighborhood Tire Pros and Auto Service for several years and have always had exceptional service. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and they really take the time to explain what's happening with your car and how to best fix it. On top of that, they stand by the quality of their work and provide warranties. I've recommended the shop to family and friends and will continue to do so! Update: I went into the shop last week to make an appointment for new front tires and get air in one tire that was running low. As soon as the technician saw the state of the tire he told me he couldn’t recommend putting in more air because it may pop and advised that I replace it ASAP. He took a picture and sent it to the store manager, Cindy, and she was kind enough to get me in for service the same day despite them being booked! The team even stayed late to make sure I’d be driving safely with my family this holiday season. I was so pleased to receive such superb customer service!
