Many employees were very nice, but my very simple oil change took two and a half hours when they said it would be an hour max wait. It was busy, so I was understanding with the hour estimation, but two and a half hours without any updates was enough to make sure I did not go back. Edit: The manager, Miss Cindy, called me back and apologized for my experience. She was kind, professional, and understanding of why I was upset. I was able to get a full refund and because of the thought that went behind her customer service, I will be visiting again.

Been using them for awhile now to service a couple vehicles. Always top notch customer service and fast, as could be expected of course.

Andrew and the whole crew are amazing. They took me in on the spur immediately analyzed my car and went to work. The price to have all my cars fluids was fantastic. I had transmission, brake, radiator flush and they cleaned rotated tires for free. They were also very honest and didn't try to up sell me on anything work not needed. Found a new place and home for my car.

I am totally satisfied with Avondale Tire Pros. They are extremely professional and more than accommodating. They very honest and reliable. I trust them with my vehicle for any assessment, repairs and maintenance. Mitch is the best! He's always professional and offers extremely good advice. Can't say enough.
