Outstanding customer service and quality work at a fair price. They do their best to get you in and out and never push a bunch of "nice to do nows" on you. They also are excellent at explaining the work, and standing by it. Highly recommend this place and a shout out to Cindy, Niki. Steve and Drew up front and all the unsung quality staff in the back.

The staff here is honest and the people are willing to take the extra steps for good service.

Frequented them when they were Decatur Tire. Moved away and came back; name had changed, but not the service. Picked up a screw in my tire and needed a patch; in and out for less than $20.

We realized the day before he headed back to college that my son's CRV needed 4 new tires asap, as they were dangerously old and degraded. Nikki at the shop was super to work with, they fit the car in that afternoon for pickup in the morning, and was patient with the details of re-opening a Goodyear card (mine had been cancelled for lack of use a few years ago) to get all the available rebates and financing. At pickup, my son heard a weird noise that made him worry, so they popped the car right back into the service bay and swapped out a thicker balancing weight (that was hitting something on rotation) for a thinner one, and away he went to college. All in all, a very good experience.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The only problem that I had was they were waiting to do an alignment on my car and I didn't ask them to do it.
